We bought our land last August:  29 acres of hayfield, meadow, forest and wetland that had not been farmed for many generations.  Thanks to our volunteers, we have been able to prepare the land for cultivation and are on our way to our first herb and mushroom crop.

Here’s to those dauntless souls who helped raise a yurt, prepared the barn for goats, and raised a forest enclosure to protect ginseng plants from the deer who love to munch on them.
